5. Table bookings

Table bookings on our website are made through TheFork, a restaurant booking service. When you book, your details are collected by TheFork and shared with the Champagne + Fromage restaurant you’re booking with, so they can manage your reservation. TheFork’s own privacy policy explains how it uses your information.

If you arrived on our site from one of our ads or emails, the name of that campaign is passed to TheFork with your booking. This helps us understand which marketing brings in bookings. It doesn’t include any extra personal information about you.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to manage your bookings and for our business records, and no longer than 3 years unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to run tracking tools on our website, including Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel.
